Our blog is called Camp David because that's what Dave calls the backyard when he has campfires and I'm out of town. The purpose of this blog is to communicate how Dave is doing with his cancer treatment. We will update as often as we can and you can check in whenever you want.
Getting ready for Saturday myself & bringing the Ukulele. This is a celebration of all you hard work too Lee, as you were over him for his every need right till the last second. You can’t buy that, ever!
ReplyDeleteThanks John. See you Saturday.
ReplyDeleteSaw the obituary this morning. It was lovely and the picture shows Dave as we all remember him. You did a wonderful job.
ReplyDeleteI do think you could have a second (or third?) career as a writer, Lee.
ReplyDeleteDave was a good friend of mine. I always enjoyed talking to him during the time he worked at Czars. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. When i would see him outside of the club, he always asked me if i was coming to the club. I like everyone else will miss him. I wish i could come on Oct the 16th, but i have to be out of town. I wish it could have been on friday night. I would like to tell his family to be strong, take care, and God bless you all.
